Learn to be a filmmaker.
Writing textbooks for my classrooms wasn't an academic exercise—it was about giving my students real, field-tested clarity while saving them money by providing the books completely free. I wanted to provide short, concise, and to-the-point instruction on how to master digital cinematography and produce an independent feature film—helping emerging filmmakers navigate critical pitfalls and succeed on their own terms. Four years of teaching reinforced that true mastery comes from hands-on rigor, clear frameworks, and an uncompromising respect for the craft.
